The Genesis of SHANTEK DEV PRIVATE LIMITED
Established in 2022, SHANTEK DEV was born from the observation that the post-pandemic blue-collar workforce was shattered and scattered. Workforce demographic data could have eased support systems like the supply of food, grains, medicines, and vaccination during the pandemic.
Grievances of this workforce include wages according to their skill, nearby work location, and guarantee of wages. Similarly, employers need a good quality workforce. We are focusing on workforces in domains such as construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and service industries.
